1. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using the Company's global influencer group-buying campaign service, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
2. Definitions
“User” means a brand, creator, or visitor who uses the Service under these Terms.
“Campaign” means a project registered on the Service to sell a brand's product as a time-limited group buy.
“Creator” means a user who promotes campaigns through their channels and receives commission on resulting sales.
3. Posting and Amendment of Terms
The Company posts these Terms on the Service so that users can review them easily.
The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, giving at least 7 days' notice of the effective date and reason (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
4. Provision and Change of Service
The Company provides campaign registration and discovery, creator matching, campaign operations support, and related services.
The Company may change all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice.
5. Campaign Participation and Operation
Brands are responsible for registering accurate product information and benefits; creators publish content in accordance with the campaign guide.
Group-buy prices and benefits are valid only during the campaign period, and orders are confirmed when the campaign closes.
6. Settlement and Fees
Creator commissions are paid according to the Company's settlement cycle after delivery of confirmed orders is verified.
Settlement amounts, fee rates, and schedules follow each campaign's terms; the Company handles applicable taxes per law.
7. User Obligations
Users must not infringe others' rights, register false information, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and operating policies announced by the Company.
8. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in Service content belong to the Company or its rightful owners.
Rights to content created by a creator belong to that creator; any brand reuse is permitted only within a pre-agreed scope.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, user fault, or causes beyond the Company's reasonable control.
As an intermediary between brands and creators, the Company is not obligated to intervene directly in disputes between the parties.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
